Book Return

1.   Product Condition  : We only accept returns of titles in a condition that allows them to be resold, undamaged, and with transportation costs covered by the sender. Damaged returns will not be credited.

2.   Timeframe for Returns  : Returns of current edition texts are accepted within the first of these two periods: eighteen months from the purchase date or three months from the release of a new edition.


3.   Authorization for Returns  : Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances without prior approval and a Return Authorization Number. Contact our customer service department to obtain this number.


4.   Return Credits  : We issue credits for products returned in compliance with this policy. These credits will be refunded to the original form of payment when available.

5.   Policy Changes  : Publish or Perish Inc.   reserves the right  to alter this return policy at any time. Any modifications will be announced on our website.
