Free shipping, via UPS in the U.S.  If you provide only a
P. O. Box we will normally ship Book Rate, which can take 2 to 3 weeks, and is much less reliable.

PLEASE NOTE:  Surface mail outside U.S. is no longer available. For shipments to Canada add $20.00.  Elsewhere add $4.50 per pound.   Shipping weight (in pounds) is shown on the book list in GREEN. 

Expedited shipping, for additional fee, can be expensive and is available only when payment is by credit card, since exact shipping cost is unknown until books are packaged at the warehouse.

In continental USA we can ship by UPS next day, second day, or third day. (In Canada,  there is only UPS Expedited, which is very expensive. Also, UPS will collect customs and VAT fees, which may be quite high!) We can also ship in USA as Priority Mail with US Post Office (we prefer UPS).
