Order, and invoice, are FAX'ed to shippers
for shipment from
York, PA, usually within 2 business days.
So: Please do not send mailing labels or
material to be returned with the books!
There is a discount of 20% for libraries. Shipping is extra. We
normally ship by
UPS in the U.S. and Canada and by our carrier APC internationally.
Terms: Invoices payable 60 days from
receipt of books. Checks must be in U.S. funds. Foreign checks must be
payable on a U.S. bank and MUST have the
bank routing number printed in machine readable numbers. Be sure no bank fees
are charged to us!! We will not accept checks with bank charges deducted.
Mastercard and Visa also accepted.
Returns: You must
have RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before
shipping books, EVEN FOR incorrect shipments, damaged books, and
defective books (missing
pages, incorrectly bound, etc.)
